Research evidence of plasma parameters effect when spraying aluminum oxide powder, causing the porosity and electrical resistance coating is offered in article. A mathematical model dependence on spray modes, e.g. plasmotron distance to underlay surface, current strength hydrogen consumption proposed. Positive cor-relation between shown.
